How SneakersBook Works
SneakersBook works in 3 simple steps: add your sneakers to a collection, monitor estimated market values from aggregated pricing data, and analyze your portfolio performance with profit-and-loss analytics. The platform is free to start and available on the web today.
Add Your Collection
Start by creating a free account and adding sneakers to your collection. Search the SneakersBook catalog by name, style code, or brand to find your pairs. For each sneaker, record your purchase price, size, and condition. You can organize sneakers into multiple named collections, such as personal rotation, investment pairs, or listings for sale.
The SneakersBook catalog includes thousands of sneakers from brands like Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, and more. If a sneaker isn't in the catalog, you can submit it for addition. Each sneaker you add is automatically matched with available market data.
Monitor Market Values
Once your sneakers are in your collection, SneakersBook automatically assigns estimated market values by aggregating data from multiple third-party pricing sources. Each valuation comes with a confidence level so you know how reliable the estimate is. Values update as new pricing data becomes available.
High confidence means multiple pricing sources agree on the value. Lower confidence indicates limited data availability for that specific sneaker. This transparency helps collectors understand exactly how much trust to place in each estimate. Market values are aggregated estimates, not guaranteed sale prices.
Analyze & Share
SneakersBook calculates profit and loss for every sneaker by comparing your purchase price to the current estimated market value. Your dashboard shows total portfolio value, overall P&L percentage, and per-sneaker performance. Pro subscribers get access to deeper analytics, export tools for CSV and PDF reports, and extended portfolio insights.
Make your collection public to share it with the SneakersBook community. Other collectors can browse your profile, see your collections, and discover sneakers they might want to add to their own collection. Public profiles are accessible via a unique URL you can share anywhere.
